“We were at Park City to ski and this unit was perfect for our needs”
Bill (Airbnb), 03/03/2024
“It's a great place, a short walk to the slopes, and the shuttle is right outside of the unit. I felt comfortable and had a lot of kitchen utensils and supplies to utilize. The information provided was also very helpful to reference. Several towels were available and the right amount of bedding.”
Almeena (Airbnb), 02/23/2024
“We loved our stay! Loved the location of walking distance to ski resort & other activities. The host was extremely fast to respond & very polite!”

“From booking all the way through our stay Linda and the property management team were so accommodating and hospitable! The home is exactly as described and we were able to comfortably enjoy all the amenities at the property and in Park City. The location is great for a short walk to town, or hopping on the bus that picks up right outside. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect (and equipped) for cooking multiple big meals. It was just the place to stay for a memorable girls weekend in the mountains!”
Lia (VRBO), 02/02/2024
“Our group had a great stay at the Apres Ski Lodge! The location was fantastic for proximity to Park City Mountain skiing as well as being close to downtown, and the personal hot tub was in great condition by the time we arrived. All other aspects of the property were also well prepared an PMI did a great job in prior explanation as well as responding promptly during our stay. No complaints at all and would stay here again!”
Mark (Airbnb), 01/04/2024
“Great place! We highly recommend. Easy walk to skiing and downtown!”
Nick (Airbnb), 12/29/2023
“Lovely townhouse for a big family trip! The location is walkable to the slopes (if you don't mind the hill) and also right on the bus route. Lots of space for people to spread out.”
Kelly (Airbnb), 01/04/2023
“This was a great place, perfect for a ski vacation, very close walk to park city mountain. Home was really comfortable, clean and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay here. Hosts very helpful and communicative.”

“Amazing stay, great location , clean and exactly as explained”
Colin (Airbnb), 08/10/2022
“This was a nice, cozy and comfortable rental. The location can’t be beat, short walk to Park City Mountain and ski school. The bus into downtown Park City is right outside the front door. The hot tub was nice, I am a sucker for rentals with their own private hot tub. The Wi-Fi was fast. We didn’t not have issues finding parking for our 1 car. The mattresses were not the most comfortable and the bedding was a bit too warm, but they were clean. The outside noise can be loud at night because it’s off of a main road and there are drunk people talking loudly walking home from the bars and vehicles driving by, that is beyond the owners control because it’s in a great location. It’s easily remedied by a white noise maker on a phone. Speaking of phones, there are plenty of USB plugs everywhere to keep you devices charged. This is a three story home (so a lot of steps), a mud room/ laundry on the main floor with a bedroom (the bunk beds) and bathroom. Upstairs there is the kitchen, a bathroom with an old iron claw tub (I imagine for nice soaks), living room and hot tub off the deck. The third floor has two bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a bathroom.”

“Our stay at this townhouse was fantastic. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and fully stocked. It is an easy walk to Main Street and the Park City Moutain base or the bus stop is literally just a few steps away and will take you to either within minutes. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, especially the hot tub!”
Nancy (VRBO), 03/06/2022
“Booked this place for the perfect pow weekend, and everything exceeded expectations. Walked to the the red pine gondola every morning (abiut a 10 min walk holding gear in hand). Thanks Linda!”
Gregory (VRBO), 03/03/2022
“Place was amazing, very close to the ski lifts at Park City Mountain and very close to Main Street Park City. Will definitely look to book another stay here!”
Nathan (Airbnb), 02/01/2022
“We enjoyed our stay at 1399 Park Ave #5. Me and 3 friends stayed, and all had our own space. 2 people slept on 2nd floor in their own rooms with shared bathroom, one person elected to sleep on pull out couch (said it was comfortable) with his own bathroom off of the kitchen, and the 4th person slept in basement bunk bed with their own bathroom. The proximity to Park City Mountain Resort was a <5 min walk. It is uphill which can be tricky with bad weather for older less mobile people. You can drive to the parking lot if the hill is too much. For anyone that is healthy enough to ski, the hill is no problem at all. We rented skis from Aloha ski rental, and they kept the skis overnight so we didn't have to carry back to house. We walked in our regular boots/shoes and carried our ski boots up to the rental place who also allows storage of your shoes/boots while you ski. It's definitely close enough to the slopes to come back for a break or lunch. Proximity to town was probably a 15 minute walk, which is perfect to walk off a good dinner. The kitchen was well equipped, beds, showers, and bedrooms all great. Enjoyed the hot tub on deck to relax the tired muscles after skiing. There is a garage for small SUV or car. The garage access is in a very tight alley, so getting in and out is difficult. You can also park in front of garage but it's very tight as well. If you have a large SUV or truck, you may want to reach out to owners for directions on where to park, as the alley way is probably too small to park outside as well. The owners checked in on us and were responsive throughout. Would definitely consider staying here again! The only negative experience was the 5am plow activity clearing neighboring townhouse driveways that wakes ups the house. And one day 3am front loader activity to clear out snow. I'm sure this is a concern that could happen staying anywhere near downtown. Bring a sound machine to mask the sound of the town!”
